The 2025 ICPLA Conference will be from the 24th to 27th of June 2025 at the University of Patras, Conference and Cultural Centre, Greece, hosted by Dr Eleftheria Geronikou

Abstract Submission: Opens Tuesday 15th October, Closes Wednesday the 11th of December

Notification of Acceptance: Wednesday 5th February, 2025

Conference: 24th to 27th June, 2025

ICPLA holds a biennial Symposium in different countries to allow members to meet and present research papers. The meetings typically last three days and include oral presentations, poster presentations, an ICPLA business meeting, and plenty of opportunity for informal discussions.

NICOLE Müller and Martin Ball Prizes for Best Oral Presentation and Best Poster

In association with Clinical Linguistics and Phonetics two bi-annual prizes for “Best Oral Presentation” and “Best Poster” are awarded at the ICPLA conferences. The prizes, introduced in 2021, honour the longstanding editors of the journal, Nicole Müller and Martin Ball. Sponsored by Taylor and Francis, the awards is given out every two years at the ICPLA conference, starting at ICPLA 2021.
